DiVita Creative Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 29, 2026
The short version
I'm Tina DiVita, owner of DiVita Creative LLC in Rochester, NY. I build websites and brands for small businesses. This policy explains, in plain English, what information I collect through https://divitacreative.com, why, and what you can do about it.
- I only collect what I need to do the work or send you what you asked for.
- I never sell your information for money.
- You can unsubscribe from my emails any time.
- Questions? Email tina@divitacreative.com or call (585) 750-3345.
In this policy, "I," "we," and "us" mean DiVita Creative. "You" means anyone who visits the site or works with me.
What I collect
Information you give me
Depending on what you do, you may give me:
- Your name, business name, and job title
- Email address and phone number
- Your website address
- Your logo, photos, text, and other files you upload for your project
- Details for a custom email signature (for example, your title, tagline, phone numbers, and links)
- Billing details when you pay (handled by Stripe; see below)
- Anything you write to me in a form, email, or message
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, some basic information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and how you got to the site. This comes from standard server logs and from Google Analytics 4 (see "Cookies and analytics" below). This information usually doesn't identify you by itself.
The free tools on my site
- Grade My Website: A 12-question yes-or-no self-check you answer about your own website. It needs no email and collects no personal information. Your score and fix list show up right on the page, and I don't collect or store your answers. If you click a button on your results (like getting The Snapshot or booking a chat), Google Analytics records that click and your overall score, but not who you are.
- The Snapshot (brand snapshot): To get your Snapshot, you give me your email address. That adds you to my email list (see "Emails and newsletter").
- Free website audit recordings and free custom email signatures: I use the details you send me to make your recording or signature and to follow up with you about it.
How I use your information
- To do the work you hired me for (build your site, brand, signature, or audit)
- To send you quotes, contracts, invoices, and project updates
- To take payment
- To send you the newsletter or free resources you signed up for
- To answer your questions
- To understand how people use my site so I can make it better
- To keep my site and business secure and prevent fraud
- To keep business records and follow the law
I don't use your information for anything that doesn't fit these reasons.
Tools I use (and who may see your information)
I use a small set of trusted services to run my business. They only get the information they need to do their job:
| Tool | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Stripe | Processes payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe; I never see or store your full card number. |
| Pabbly and Google Sheets | Automate order details after you buy (for example, logging your order so I can start your project). |
| 17hats | Client management, contracts, and invoices. |
| Systeme.io | My email list, newsletter, and opt-in pages (including The Snapshot). |
| Tally | Forms where you upload your files and logo. |
| Lovable | Builds and hosts my website. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Shows me how visitors use the site. |
| Meta Pixel | May be used to measure my Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people who've visited. |
| Google Search Console | Shows me how my site appears in Google search. |
| Google Business Profile | My business listing on Google, including any reviews you choose to post there. |
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. Some may store or process data outside New York or outside the United States.
I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights, my business, or other people.
I never sell your information for money. If I use ad tools like the Meta Pixel, some states may consider that "sharing" information for ads. You can opt out using the links in the Cookies section.
Emails and newsletter
If you sign up for my newsletter or download The Snapshot, I'll send you emails through Systeme.io. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out any time. You can also email me and I'll remove you.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies (small files stored in your browser) and similar tracking tools. I use Google Analytics to understand how people use my site, and I may use the Meta Pixel to measure my ads and show them to people who've visited.
- Google Analytics: shows me things like which pages people visit, how long they stay, and how they found the site.
- Meta Pixel (from Facebook): helps me see whether my ads work and show my ads to people who've visited my site.
You're in control. You can:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site should still work, though some parts may not work as well.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad preferences: https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences
How I keep it safe
I use reasonable steps to protect your information, and I rely on secure, well-known services (listed above). No website or online service is 100% secure, so I can't promise perfect security. If there's ever a data breach that affects you, I'll follow the laws that apply, including New York's data breach notice law.
How long I keep it
I keep project files and records as part of my business records, and I don't have a set schedule for deleting them. Payment details are kept by Stripe under its own policies. You can unsubscribe from my emails anytime, and you can email me to update or correct your information.
Your choices and rights
You can:
- Choose not to give me information (some services may not be possible without it)
- Ask what personal information I have about you
- Ask me to fix information that's wrong or out of date
- Unsubscribe from emails any time
Just email tina@divitacreative.com. I may need to confirm who you are before I make changes. I won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.
If you send me information about someone else (for example, a team member's name and photo for their email signature), you're confirming you have their permission.
If you think I've mishandled your information, please contact me first and I'll look into it and reply in writing. You can also contact a data protection authority or regulator.
Children
My services are for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given me personal information, please contact me and I'll delete it.
Links to other sites
My site may link to other websites I don't control. I'm not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please check their policies.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy when my business, tools, or the law changes. I'll post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change means I'll use your information in a new way, I'll ask for your permission when the law requires it.
