Google Business Profile setup for Rochester, NY small businesses

What's included

• A search for what already exists. A lot of businesses already have a listing and don't know it. If there's one, we claim it. I don't start a second one.
• A new profile if you need one, created under your Google account.
• You stay the owner. Your profile lives under your Google account, not mine. You add me as a manager so I can do the work, and you can remove me anytime.
• Your details, matched everywhere. Business name exactly as it reads on your sign and invoices. One phone number. Your website address. Your hours, including the days you're closed.
• Your address or your service area. If customers come to you, we show your address. If you go to them, we can usually show a service area instead. Google's rules on that are specific, so I check the current ones with you first.
• Help with verification. I get your details lined up so Google isn't left guessing. If Google asks for a video, I tell you exactly what to film.
• The parts that make it useful. The right category, a plain-language description, real photos and a link to the right page on your site.
• Your Bing listing, imported and matched to your Google profile.

What it costs

Google Business Profile setup is $200 on its own, and that includes your Bing listing, imported and matched. You don't need a website from me to get it.

Or get it included with your Single-Page Website, $600 flat. That covers your profile claimed, verified and optimized, plus your Bing listing matched. Brand identity is a $700 add-on.

If you'd like help keeping it current after that, Standard Care is $125 a month. It includes a Google Business post every week and a monthly check on your listing and reviews.

How it works

1. Book a short chat. It's free, 20 minutes, on Zoom or by phone. Tell me about your business and your listing, and I follow up with you personally about your setup. The free Brand + Business Snapshot is there too, if you'd like to share more first. It's optional.
2. Gather your details. Name, phone, website, hours and the towns you serve, in one place. Guessing now means fixing later.
3. Claim or create the profile. One listing for one business, under your account. You add me as a manager.
4. Verify. Google decides how you verify and when it's done. I make sure your side is ready.
5. Fill it in and match Bing. Category, description, photos and hours, all consistent with your site.
