Enlightening Leadership: a one-week site that made her SCALE Method clear
Kelly Hastings needed a brand and website that clarified her signature offer, The SCALE Method, and gave her a platform she could grow from. I built both in a week, then connected the email system behind them.
The problem
Kelly Hastings runs Enlightening Leadership, a leadership consultancy. She needed her online presence to clarify her signature offer, The SCALE Method, build trust, and give her a platform that could support list growth, nurturing, and future sales.
What I did
I delivered a complete brand and tech foundation on Systeme.io: a branded, conversion-focused website, built and launched in one week, with custom brand messaging and a custom service page for The SCALE Method, with clear calls to action. I also set up lead magnet integration and automation, plus email setup that included contact migration, segmentation, tagging, and her first blog post and newsletter. Then I walked her through onboarding and a clean handoff so she could keep going on her own.
The result
This was her first send to a newly imported and tagged list. The numbers showed the list was set up correctly and the message connected right away: a 42.25% open rate, a 9.39% click rate, 51% of clicks going to the service page and 49% to the homepage, zero spam complaints, and less than 1% bounce rate. The brand is live and ready to convert, with a solid backend and a growing audience. She has a platform that reflects her credibility and room to grow her leadership model without fighting the tech.
